Hours: Monday - Saturday 10 - 6 / Sunday 12 - 5
Consignment Policy: The consignment period is for 65 days, during which consignments are discounted 15%, 20% and 40% at 30, 45, and 60 days respectively. Once sold, the consignor will receive 50% of the sale. When the consignment period ends, the consignor has 10 business days to retrieve unsold property. Property left after this time may be sold, donated or disposed of without notice or benefit to the consignor. It is the consignor's responsibility to locate and bring their property to the sales counter during the five day grace period for reconciliation.
Pricing: Armadillo Consignment determines the selling price and may give additional discounts at its discretion.
Reimbursement: Checks will be available on the seventh (7th) of February, April, June, August, October and December and will include payment for property sold through the end of the preceding two months. We'll mail your check if you leave a self addressed letter size stamped envelope. Checks are void six months after issuance and will not be replaced due to expiration.
Waiver: Reasonable care will be taken to protect consigned property however, consignments are left at the owner's risk. Armadillo Consignment is not responsible for loss (including theft), or damage to consignments and encourages each consignor to carry appropriate insurance.
